My African Grey has taken to this one straight away which is a minor miracle. It is good and sturdy, with a chain to hang it and a generous length of different shapes and colours of chewing wood and rope. It is plenty big enough for my Grey, perhaps a little on the small size for a Macaw, but it is decently sized. This is exactly the sort of toy that my birds love to make matchwood out of. It is designed for them to destroy, but this one looks as if it's going to last well. The colour does run when it gets wet, but that's as expected with these kinds of toys. At the listed price of £13.99 at the time of this review I think it's good value for money.

Got a parrot? Need a long toy? This is the jijizhazha Store Parrot Toy With Multicoloured Wooden Blocks, Measures 55 x 15cm With Bell And Hook. This parrot toy is decent, it is basically a long chain with 23 wooden blocks and a little bell at the bottom. Our African Grey is currently figuring it out, anything strange in her cage she will stalk for a couple of days and then will destroy it. Overall for a just under £14 this parrot toy is great value and will keep any African Grey quiet for a short while.

Wir haben vier Wellis und vier Nymphensittiche zu Hause, und die lieben es, alles Mögliche zu zerkleinern. Wenn man ihnen nicht genügend Spielmaterial gibt, fangen sie auch an, Wände, Tapeten usw. kaputt zu machen. Vor diesem Spielzeug hatten sie, wie vor allem anderen auch, erst mal eine Woche lang Angst und wollten gar nicht in die Nähe kommen. Erst als sich einer getraut hat, waren kurze Zeit später auch die anderen da und haben damit gespielt. Jetzt knabbern sie jeden Tag daran und lieben es. So haben sie ihren Spaß und wir etwas mehr Ruhe, wenn sie beschäftigt sind :).

Geliefert wird das Spielzeug in einer Plastikfolie. Es wurde sauber hergestellt. Alles hält gut zusammen wobei die Knoten nur zugezogen sind und nicht fest gezogen. Meine Vögel (3 verschiedene Arten) Haben das Spielzeug alle direkt angenommen und spielen gerne damit. Da Nymphen und Wellensittiche bekannte Nager sind, denke ich das die Bänder nicht lange halten werden. Das Spielzeug an sich macht allerdings einen robusten Eindruck.
